You will begin your day with a thought-provoking presentation from our NGO partner, Mith Samlanh, learning how ethical tourism protects children and strengthens communities.
Then, hop on a traditional tuk-tuk and explore hidden corners of the capital, guided by locals who share authentic stories about Phnom Penh’s rich history and resilient spirit.
Enjoy a delicious lunch at a vocational training restaurant, where every meal supports young people gaining life-changing skills.
In the afternoon, get creative with a jewelry-making Experience using upcycled paper beads, discovering how small crafts make a big impact.
You will finish your day with a refreshing cocktail or mocktail workshop led by youth building their futures in the hospitality industry.

Begin your journey with an inspiring introduction to Mith Samlanh / Friends, a renowned NGO dedicated to safeguarding vulnerable children, strengthening families, and fostering sustainable change through education, vocational training, and community empowerment.

Tuk tuk tour
Ride through Phnom Penh’s backstreets with our local team and discover the city beyond the usual highlights. At each stop, you will explore key cultural sites and reflect on one of the 7 Tips for Travelers—learning how to protect children and communities, and to travel responsibly.

Experience a break at the renowned Friends the Restaurant, a social enterprise training vulnerable youth in hospitality. While lunch is not included in the package, we highly recommend dining here to support a good cause and enjoy delicious local cuisine. We have group options for set menus, or a la carte dining, available for groups of any size!

Get creative as you transform upcycled paper into beautiful, handcrafted jewelry. Led by a local social enterprise, this hands-on Experience empowers women through fair employment and sustainable skill-building. You will leave with a unique piece—and a deeper connection to the community behind it.

Shake, stir, and sip your way through a fun and flavorful cocktail (or mocktail) workshop using Cambodia’s freshest fruits. Led by our skilled vocational training team, and aspiring hospitality professionals from Mith Samlanh, this hands-on Experience supports skill-building and brighter futures.

Meet us directly at our F3 location, or enjoy a complimentary tuk-tuk pickup for added convenience. You even get to choose your preferred start time!
What to bring
Feel free to bring a pen and notebook if you'd like to take notes during the presentation. We provide free purified drinking water to keep you refreshed throughout the session, and aprons will be provided for your comfort and protection. For tuk-tuk tours, we also offer umbrellas and hand fans for sun protection.
